Sea Ranch is located about 32 miles North of Jenner on Highway 1. Sea Ranch is actually a 12-mile stretch of private resort and vacation homes, and there are numerous parking areas and access points with parking and beach access (for a fee). The area is patrolled by a private security company, who enforces parking restrictions and community rules and regulations. Be sure to honor any no trespassing signs, as most of the area is private property.
There are six public parking areas with coastal access in the Sea Ranch area where divers may get to the water without entering private property. Note that you'll need to pay to park at these lots. All have restroom facilities available.
The access areas, South to North, are Black Point, Gualala Point, Pebble Beach, Shell Beach, Stengel Beach, and Walk On Beach.
