Such a shame that these beautiful animals are being slaughtered for soup. Life is lush and vital. Swim between the pinnacles of Wilson Rock or in the thick kelp near shore. I also like the place names... Shark Park and The Foul. You are lucky when you get to dive there. It is a place of the sea mists. Enjoy the diving, Mike Yah, Miguel has to be the most exotic diving of the Channel Islands. Life is lush and vital. The main damage was in and around the Fort Ross area. The 2012 abalone season around the Fort Ross area is closed in April and May.
