This Saturday, October 25, an event is being held in Del Mar to benefit Ocean Futures. It’s open to all divers, and includes health & fitness sessions, a clean-up dive, discounts, and food. It takes place at the end of 15th street in Del Mar, with an after party at the Black Spot, 1150 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar. The schedule is below:

9:00   Plunge for the Ocean Futures Society!
9:15   Paddle specific yoga session by Salt Water Yogis
9:45   Join the H2O Trash Patrol for a quick beach clean up
10:00- 11:00- Party continues at Matuse’s Black Spot, 1150 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar, CA 
Breakfast burritos are being donated by Surf-fur, and teas donated by Guayaki

Ocean Futures is an education and conservation organization founded and led by Jean-Michel Cousteau (son of Jacques-Yves Cousteau). Based in Santa Barbara, they work around the world for ocean conservation, with a focus on education.
