Ken Kurtis has shared an update on the Conception fire in this Youtube video posted on April 12, 2020. The video was recorded during his recent online presentation with the South Orange County Dive Club.
Since 2003, Ken has been a Forensic Consultant to the L.A. County Coroner for scuba fatalities, doing accident analysis. Ken is the owner of Reef Seekers Dive Co., and speaks frequently to dive clubs about diving, and especially safety issues. Ken’s also been chairman of Chamber Day/Eve since the early 90s.
In this 40-minute video, Ken shares some very interesting information, a look at a similar boat fire that happened just after the Conception disaster, and further insight on the facts of what took place last September.
