PADI has just launched this year’s edition of the “I Heart My PADI Pro” contest. This program gives PADI Divers the opportunity to tell the world why their PADI Professional is the best on the planet. They can win prizes for themselves and the PADI Member they nominate. PADI will choose three winners and post them to the PADI Facebook page.
“Divers often develop a fierce, enduring loyalty to the PADI Instructors, Assistant Instructors and Divemasters introducing them to the wonders of the aquatic realm or leading them through exhilarating achievements in continuing education,” says PADI Americas Vice President of Training and Customer Service, James Morgan. “This contest lets divers express their loyalty and gives PADI Pros a chance to experience the satisfaction that comes from knowing their efforts are appreciated.”
To enter the contest, divers answer the question, “My PADI Pro is the best because…” in 250 words or less on the contest tab of the PADI Facebook Page by 23 February 2015. PADI staff will select winners based on inspiration, originality and humor.
PADI Dive Centers and Resorts should also encourage customers to nominate PADI Professionals on staff. It’s a great opportunity to recognize staff members while gathering customer testimonials for use in future advertisements and promotions.
“The transformative power of diving and the passion divers develop for the sport can create a lifelong loyalty between PADI Divers and PADI Professionals,” says Morgan. “Add in the thousands of PADI Dive Centers and Resorts representing the PADI brand around the world and you can see why this loyalty is a powerful force in the marketplace.”
