Zeagle’s HALO– a jacket-style buoyancy compensator (BC) – is a versatile BCD designed for recreational divers. The Halo features Zeagle’s patented Ripcord weight system and the Personal Fit System®. Zeagle is best known for its popular back-inflation BCs including the Ranger, Stilleto, and Zena series and is proud to now offer this new JACKET option.
The Ripcord system has been improved for the Halo BC series with a new ergonomic handle design. Halo Ripcord enables up to 20 pounds of dump-able weight which includes custom made weight pouches. An additional 10 pounds of non-dump-able weight can be added to rear pockets. The Halo weighs 8.2 pounds without weights and features 33-pound lift capacity (size Medium).
The new Halo BC is designed for a comfortable, body-hugging jacket fit with the Zeagle Personal Fit System® in the shoulders, an adjustable, depth-compensating cummerbund, comfort harness and lumbar support. This system was also redesigned and updated. Zeagle designed the Halo to appeal to divers who prefer the wrap-around fit and inflation that only a jacket style BC can deliver, but with many BC features that have made Zeagle legendary with recreational and technical divers all over the world.
The Halo BC is constructed of durable 1000 denier material and a mix of 1680D heavy duty and 420/PU material. Additional features include seven stainless-steel D-rings and two large accessory pockets. Dual knife mount positioning and dual (left and right) retractor mount pocket gives the Halo technical features for a recreational BC.
Available in black, and Men’s/Unisex sizes S-XL, the Zeagle Halo BC is available now. For more information, visit the Zeagle website at http://www.zeagle.com.
